Wedding Car Hire Terms & Conditions
1. All hire cars are hired for a minium of 2.5 hours
2. A deposit of 20% of the total hire charge must be paid at time of booking the hire cars
3. Any outstanding balance of the total hire charge must be finalised at least 14 days prior to the appointed hire date
4. All payments are to be made by cash, bank cheque or money order only
5. Deposits are not refundable upon cancellation of this hire agreement
6. The customer acknowledges, subject to any rights the customer may have by law, that finest wedding' liability, where permitted, is limited to total monies paid by the customer to finest wedding cars
7. Subject to any rights the customer may have by law, in no event will finest wedding cars be liable(whether before or after the expiry or cancellation of this hire agreement) for any loss or damage which the customer suffers as a result of finest wedding cars' negligence or the negligence of its servants or agents
8. Finest wedding cars will not be liable for special, indirect or consequential loss or damage as a result of breach by finest wedding cars of this hire agreement. This includes, but is not limited to, the cost arising from the loss of use of the hire cars and the costs of any substitute replacement car/s which the customer acquires
9. The customer acknowledges where additional hire car/s are requested and obtained from another separate hire car company that finest wedding cars accepts no liability arising out of or in relation to the use of these additional hire car/s and that finest wedding cars is acting as an agent of that separate company
10. Finest wedding cars will allow up to 15 minutes lapse time, free of charge, after the appointed pick up time
11. An amount of $50 per hire car per 15 minutes or part thereof will be charged for any hire time in excess of the agreed hire period. Any monies charged under this clause must be paid on the appointed hire date | |
